Adapt To Work Everywhere: What The Great Resignation Can Teach Us About Employee Priorities

March 31st,  8AM PDT, 11AM EST, 4PM GMT, 5pm CET

The ability to provide remote work opportunities can be highly advantageous to both your organization and employees. To understand the impact of COVID-19 and remote work on employee experience and priorities, Topia commissioned a survey of 1,500 knowledge workers in the US and UK.  The results show an overwhelming majority of employees (96%) feel that flexibility in working arrangements is important when seeking a new job, and 48% of employees believe their company's remote work policy exists to make it easy for their company to say “no”. The global pandemic has transformed employee attitudes about the nature of work, and companies must adapt to retain and attract the best talent.

Join Kate Botler Kodesh, Chief People Officer at Colour, Topia Chief People Officer, Jacky Cohen, and Topia Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Steve Black for a data-driven dive into the results of our annual survey and explore the attitudes towards remote work, the drivers of an exceptional employee experience, and the value of mobility. Talking points will include:

  • Employee experience - what matters most?
  • What will it take to stay competitive in this fast-changing world?
  • Do you have the right data to implement remote/hybrid work policies?
  • Is flexibility the key to attracting and retaining top talent?
